2022
Thank you for visiting my website. At the moment I am preparing to exhibit my paintings in the Brighton Artists Open Houses exhibition in May 2022 (all four weekends, Saturday and Sunday, from 7 May). Below you will see a selection of my paintings. I like to work mainly in oils capturing different aspects of life and moods on canvas. The natural world is generally my inspiration as well as people and interesting objects. I enjoy the process of painting, the ups and the downs and the constant challenge of creating and finishing an authentic piece which reflects the world through my own individual impression of it.

Where
Over the last few years I have painted at home, at the Sussex County Arts studio in Brighton, in Cornwall and with fellow artist Carolyn Nicholls. Carolyn and I are exhibiting together in her Garden Studio this summer – Studio 87 at the Brighton Artists Open Houses 2022.
